Our Technology

To ensure the best results for every scenario, we utilise a specialised fleet of aircraft:

  • DJI Air 3S (Primary Imaging): Our go-to for breathtaking photography and videography. Featuring a dual-camera system with a 1-inch CMOS sensor, it delivers vibrant 10-bit color and superior low-light performance. It is also the first drone to feature forward-facing LiDAR, allowing us to operate safely and precisely even in complex night-time environments.

  • DJI Avata 2 (Immersive FPV): Perfect for dynamic, "fly-through" tours and adrenaline-pumping event coverage. This FPV (First Person View) drone uses a 1/1.3-inch sensor to capture ultra-wide 4K/60fps HDR video. It allows us to get closer to the action with immersive angles that standard drones simply cannot reach.

  • Antigravity A1 360 (Specialised Capture): Opening up a new world of creative possibilities, this platform allows for complete 360-degree 8K capture, ensuring no angle is missed and offering unique, distorted-free perspectives for specialized projects.

Chris Toms – Founder & Chief Pilot

With over a decade of leadership in Asset Management and HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), Chris brings a level of operational discipline to drone services that is rare in the industry.

Formerly a Terminal Manager for a major upper-tier hazardous bulk fuel facility in the Bay of Plenty, Chris was responsible for managing millions of litres of petroleum products. He founded Elevated Vision to bridge the gap between creative aerial imaging and industrial-grade safety standards. His mission is to help businesses and homeowners eliminate the risks of working at heights while gaining a superior view of their assets.
